We use Australia Post for most of our shipping needs.  Estimated delivery between 3- 7 working days

Damaged items in transit
With any damaged article you must notify us on the day of receiving the order via email info@highteapartyspecialists.com.au. We will not except any claims after the delivery date.

Proof of Damage

 To receive a refund on damaged items in transit you must visit an Australia Post office with the damaged article, the wrappings in which the article was carried and delivered together with sufficient evidence.
A refund can take up to 10 working days to process
